Billing and cancellation

Your billing interval

Monthly plans charge each month, quarterly plans charge every three months, and annual plans charge once per year. Quarterly and annual prices are the total charged for that interval. A monthly equivalent is a comparison, not an installment payment.

Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew at the interval and price shown in checkout until canceled. Open Membership, choose Manage or cancel subscription, and complete cancellation in Stripe. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues to the end of the paid period. Stripe shows the effective date.

Included AI usage

AI credits refresh monthly, including on quarterly and annual plans. Credits reflect the amount of AI work a request requires; a longer generation can use more than a short Advisor question. Credits do not roll over or have cash value. There are no automatic overage charges. Saved decks and manual tools remain available when the AI allowance is exhausted.

Payment problems and refunds

A failed or incomplete payment can prevent paid access. Update payment methods through Membership. Contact support about duplicate charges, failed purchases, refund requests, or access problems. Refund requests are reviewed individually and applicable consumer rights continue to apply.

Taxes and receipts

The final total and any applicable tax appear in Stripe checkout. Receipts, invoices, payment methods, and subscription details are available through the billing portal.
