Your account and decks

Card Commander uses Firebase to sign you in and store private decks, member preferences, and account access. We receive your account identifier, email, and any name shared by your sign-in provider. Decks are private to your account unless you export and share a copy.

AI tools

When you generate a deck, refresh Chemistry, or ask the Advisor a question, relevant deck information and your request are sent to OpenAI to produce a response. Avoid putting sensitive personal information in deck names, descriptions, or questions.

Payments

Stripe processes subscriptions and payment details. Card Commander stores customer and subscription references needed to manage access. Payment-card details are entered on Stripe's pages and are not stored in deck records.

Service records

Account, usage, and technical error records help us operate the service, enforce included usage, investigate failures, and protect accounts. Firebase, Google Cloud, Stripe, and OpenAI process information required for their services. Card images may load from the sources listed on our About page.

Cookies and browser storage

Sign-in uses necessary authentication cookies or browser storage. Browser storage can contain earlier local deck copies. Clearing it may sign you out or remove local-only copies; it does not cancel a subscription.

Access and deletion

Edit and remove saved decks in the app. Contact support from your account email to request account-data access, correction, or deletion. Cancel subscriptions separately through Membership. Billing records may be retained to process payments, resolve disputes, or meet recordkeeping requirements.
